Breakfast soufflé

Breakfast. The most important meal of the day and also my favorite! Bacon, eggs, toast, coffee, pancakes.. I'm getting hungry.

So today I decided to make a breakfast soufflé! Looks elegant but super easy to make. All you're gonna need is some eggs, salt, pepper and cheese.

Personally, I love eggs for breakfast. Be it fried, hard-boiled, soft boiled, poached, it's all good.

Fluffy egg whites now filled with the egg yolk. Deconstructed eggs perhaps? This was so fun to make.

Tadaaaa! It puffs up and creates this layer on top. Really good if you serve this with some sausages or bacon or even toast. Great for family and friends. This one's a keeper!

Recipe (1 serving) (from TheCooknShare)
• 1 egg
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of pepper
• Some grated cheddar cheese

Directions
1. Coat ramekins with softened butter.
2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites then beat egg whites until soft peaks.
3. Fill ramekins with egg whites.
4. Make a well in the centre and drop the egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper and add the grated cheese.
5. Cover it using a spoon.
6. Bake it at 390F/198C preheated oven for 14 minutes.
7. Enjoy!

Coconut-water popsicles

Popsicles. Who can resist these? It's so refreshing on a hot day, especially in Malaysia. Over here, it's either rain or shine. On days when the sun is blazing, I love to have treats like these to pamper myself. These coconut water popsicles are all over Pinterest. I got the Popsicle molds from Daiso, they're pretty inexpensive and easy to find. I filled them with coconut water then strawberries. You can fill it with any fruit you'd like; in this case, I use strawberries! You can also use kiwis, blueberries, raspberries.. Choose your favorite.

I'll make more popsicles of different flavors soon.. Perhaps fudge? Cheesecake popsicles? The possibilities are endless! My mouth is watering. I hope you guys would give this a try!

Ingredients
• Coconut water
• Any sort of fruit(strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Instructions
1. Fill your popsicle molds till almost full.
2. Then, add your choice of fruits.
3. Add the sticks, and freeze till solid.
4. Serve cold.

M&M cookie bars

So lately, I've been into bars, blondies, brownies etc. The reason behind this is that bars are so easy to make and great for a crowd. So without any further hesitations, I decided to make these M&M cookie bars for my church buddies. It's a fun treat since the M&Ms in these bars made it so colorful. I think kids would go crazy about these.

Cinnamon sugar baked donuts!
