Cinnamon sugar baked donuts!

Who doesn't love a good donut? I personally love donuts but they aren't very healthy since they're fried. I got this recipe from theonepotchefshow on Youtube. I tweaked this recipe a little bit. I'm glad it turned out great. The batter is simple with ingredients you probably already have on hand! After the donuts have cooled, dip them in melted butter and then in cinnamon sugar. Yum yum in my tum! Super easy and a great idea for kids as well.

Ziploc bags are a baker's best friend.

Ingredients (makes 12 donuts).

For the batter
• 1 cup flour
• 1/3 cup or caster sugar
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 50g butter melted
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk

For the cinnammon sugar topping
• 1/4 butter melted
• 1/4 sugar
• 1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions
1. Whisk the flour, sugar and baking powder.
2. Then, add the melted butter, egg and the milk.
3. Place the batter in a ziploc bag and snip off the end.
4. Pipe the batter onto a greased donut pan.
5. Baked at 190C for 20 minutes or until browned. Let cool.
6. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
7. Dip donuts in melted butter and then to the cinnamon sugar.
8. Serve.
